Neuseway Nature Park, Campground
& Meeting Facility

Located on 55 acres along the Neuse River, this beautiful nature-based park is brimming with fun things to do. Enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, biking, picnicing and canoeing at the Nature Center.

Spend the night under the stars at this full-service campground nestled along the Neuse River. The Kinston-Lenoir County Tourism Development Authority Campground has river access, hot showers, fire rings, picnic tables and a dump station. Numerous campsite accommodations of all kinds are available, ranging from those with full hook-ups for recreational vehicles to scenic tent campsites.

Camping & Group Camping

The Kinston-Lenoir County Tourism Development Authority Campground is a full-service campground by the Neuse River offering twenty-three sites with full hook-ups for recreational vehicles (including water, sewer, and 20-, 30-, and 50-amp electric hook-ups); additional sites with 30-amp hook-ups; and tent sites without hookups. A fee is charged for all sites. Maximum stay 30 days. No reservations.
Group camping is welcomed. Group camping is for RV Clubs, scout troops, special events, etc. To schedule a group camping trip, contact the Nature Center. Camping groups may also want to schedule the picnic shelter for cookouts.

The campground is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The building is closed on Mondays. Please call, Tuesday through Sunday, (252) 939-3367 for more information.

Picnic Shelter

Located at the entrance to our campground is a 30'x60' picnic shelter that can easily accommodate up to 100 people.
The shelter is fully equipped with tables, lights, fans, large grills and a stone fireplace. Please call (252) 939-3332 for information and rates.

Meeting Facility

The Education Exchange Center is equipped with a full kitchen, furnished with conference tables and cushioned chairs and will comfortably accommodate 60 guests banquet style or 75 guests auditorium style.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, sink, refridgerator and coffee maker. Groups need to be bring their own utensils, pots and pans, and dishwashing supplies.
